Usage data: We collect basic analytics such as feature usage counts and session frequency to help us understand how the product is used and prioritise improvements.

Device and browser data: Standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, browser type) is logged at the infrastructure level for security and performance purposes.

Your data is protected by a multi-layered security architecture. Our systems are engineered with automated safeguards that isolate your personal information at the core level, ensuring that your data remains strictly accessible to you and no one else.

We utilize enterprise-grade encryption for every data transfer. To ensure maximum account integrity, your login credentials undergo a sophisticated masking process, meaning your actual password is never stored or visible within our system.

All uploaded media is housed in secure, vaulted storage. Access is governed by dynamic, time-sensitive authentication, providing a high-security "gatekeeper" effect that prevents unauthorized viewing or external linking of your private files.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We use a small number of trusted sub-processors to operate the service. These providers process data solely to deliver the services we have contracted them for.

You have the right to:

• Delete your account and all associated data

CollabDraw uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
